Here’s just a few pics from my second attempt at raspberry galette. It turned out basically the same – and I’m not sure I’m too upset about it. I kinda like my version – delicious buttery and flaky pastry – what’s wrong with that? Actually, I’ve made the galettes a few times since these photos were taken. So I guess I’m really on my 4th or 5th or 6th time. But there isn’t much to write about because I haven’t made any changes to my initial recipe. We’re just enjoying them as they are right now. I’m just surprised Steve hasn’t gotten sick of eating them yet!
